The Business Development Unit of Guidance Services Ltd (part of the Guidance Enterprises Group) was established on 1st April 1999. Our aim is to add value to statutory Careers Service contracts by continuing to develop and promote complementary services - for the benefit of local communities, business customers and their employees. The Business Development Unit bids for a wide range of public sector funding amongst European Union, SRB, DfEE, Employment Service, Local Authority, LSC and RDA.

The Business Development Unit was established in April 2002, building on a successful track record in securing public and private funding to complement the servcies offered by Capital Careers statutory contract with young people aged 13 - 19.
The Unit is committed to promoting Lifelong Learning and Lifelong Career Development.
We work with a range of partner organisations to secure funding and deliver other programmes and initiatives out side of the service delivered by Capital Careers.
